Janet Joy1If I could give it a zero I would. We use this branch for business and they are the rudest people ever. This branch is beyond slow. When I pulled up in the drive through there was no one in line and no one working at the window. By the time someone came to help me the lobby had filled up and three people were in line in the drive through. The rude associate then waited on everyone in the drive up before me. Why have a business line??? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service

Devin Anthony1I liked this bank location until Today. I deposited a cashiers check that Was made out to me from another bank of mines. Only to be told I have to wait a whole week for the funds. After calling another location and investigating why they did that, I was told all they had to do was call my other bank to verify the funds were legit. The workers here are ether lazy or absolutely incompetent to do a simple task. Mind you I was the only one in line, and inside was apparently closed. So it’s not like they were too busy to finish my transaction. I see why nobody comes to this location and the rating at this location sucks!

Elden Guerrero1I read the comments of clients and I thought that they exaggerated or simply had a bad day, but it was not like that, if you want to feel invisible or totally ignored by the people who handle your money, come to Region Bank Harahan, I was alone for 20 minutes in front of the cashier, with her head down she knew I was there but her business was more important than me, I don't think I'll come back here. Harold Alicando1This is the worst branch! 1 drive-thru atm and doesn't work most of the time, limited functions, calls back to their call center because most of the time they can't do it here! 5 Star for wasting time!

Gabriella Rambles1If I could give no stars I absolutely would. Have been given the run around for almost two weeks now. Branch manager has no knowledge or information. Asked to speak to someone higher than her since she apparently doesn’t know anything and I was told that there is no one and I can contact customer service. So you mean to tell me there is no district manager over these branches that I can speak to? something is SHADY with this branch. I deposited $700 in the ATM on 7/31 and it was not credited to my account. Went first thing Monday morning as they were picking up the atm, and was told I had to do a dispute that it would be 3-5 days at most for them to review the atm footage and credit my account. It has been almost 10 days and the only thing the branch manager can tell me is there was no additional money found in the ATM and that she is not sure what to do. Well if you don’t know how am I supposed to know. Something is very very shady about $700 extra dollars being missing from the atm. DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS. I have NEVER been told by a bank employee they just don’t know what to do. $700 is a lot of money to just go missing. I’ve called Customer service and sat on hold for over an hour, they just send me back to the branch manager. I have friends that work at other banks and this exact thing happened to their customer and within TWO DAYS they received their money back. Why is it taking so long? Why is there no one who has answers?

Alice Smith1This is the slowest drive through I've ever seen. It took 20 minutes to have 5 checks deposited and they weren't deposited correctly. The teller said it took so long because the deposit was "wrong". Upon review of my deposit journal, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the deposit, just the teller who couldn't read and add 5 checks together properly.

Jody Helton1So disappointed in regions, customer service is not there at the Clearview location. One person working, many cars and customers inside. Where are all the employees?? Considering switching banks seriously.

K9RESCUE11I love Regions, just not this one. I've given them 3 chances, all 3 times they have been less than completely useless!! They have rules that NO other Regions has. Deposit a check, a company paycheck, you have to have exactly the same amount in your account to take cash back even if it's the same paycheck that you deposit, every Thursday, every week. I would understand with a personal check, but not a company paycheck and we're not talking taking back thousands either. Worst bank I have ever been to by far. Also, bring a book, you're going to be in line for a very long time!! I serioysly think they move extremely slow on purpose. It's something you would have to witness if you had the time, say half a day to kill.

Angela Lynn1My husband and I have been here twice trying to make sure that all of our brand new checking account paperwork has been signed. Each time we've been here, we've had to wait 45 minutes plus to see a banker. There are only 2 of them. One of them tries to get the work done quickly but each time I've been there the other banker has been with one customer the entire time. The banker I did get to meet with was very rude. Our schedules are crazy, so it's very difficult for us to both come in at the same time for paperwork, and she made it clear how inconvenient it would be to have the papers signed at different times. We are both from close to Birmingham where regions is headquartered but since we moved to Louisiana, it's been a terrible experience.

Debbie Gros2I did drive thru for my company. There are two really good drive thru workers (Jesse and Jareth). The other woman seems to hate being there and can be incredibly rude and slow. Thank God our company changed banks!
