  Jenna was super patient with me I had several deposits to make. Happy to do business with people that still smile through this demanding/uncertain times. Thank you Jenna!

  Was in line, with 5 lines operational with about 4 to 5 cars in each line. Only 2 cashiers and it took 40 minutes to reach the cashier and almost 8 minutes for the cashier to handle our simple business. Something needs to be done or the hours need to be extended.

  Very rude customer service. Charged me to cash their check when I know for a fact capitol one doesn't do that. And the ghetto teller is going to argue with me about what another bank does. How would u know u don't work their. Some ppl are just ignorant..
