  Love their online banking. I NEVER have to go inside to do my banking. I can do everything through the app! If I need to deposit cash then I just make the deposit through the ATM and my money is available instantly! I can deposit a check after hours through the app and It’s still considered the same business day

  If you get a credit card with this place, hope to have it for a life time because you will want to put a bullet in your head dealing with the afghan customer service that forwards your calls over 5x and gets nothing accomplished... so people.. you have been warned. BUT.. if you have low credit, they are the bank that most likely will give you a credit card to start you out on a road to building credit..even though the limit would be around $300.

  I wouldn't even give this branch the time of day rude and clearly clueless !!!!! we have banked with them for years and all our checks say the same thing. They would not cash a paper check which was my husbands bonus just becasue it did not say Jr. None of our other checks say that either. After the holidays we will not longer be with them. If I could leave no stars I would. And to the lady that got smart with me on the phone maybe you should find a new job if your so miserable at work someone clearly needs some training ins customer service. HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!!

  Sitting at the drive thur at 8:45 that is still closed when the website says they open at 8:30. I absolutely hate this bank!

  Great Capital One location! Can't understand the previous problems. A bank that cares is hard to find. Always great service and a friendly smile. Never a problem here.

  Sad when you have to go across town instead of a branch that is right by your home. I do not understand why they can't keep them open even if it is drive thru.
