Oro Restrepo1The worse Regions I've taken my mother too. Not efficient, long line for teller, no one had the courtesy to help with long line even though there where other workers that would pass by and look. 2 tellers for 8 people waiting in line approximately 30 min wait to clear line. This was around 1pm. Also outside only one atm been there in a Sunday waiting in line for 15min because the Cuban man didn't speak English and didn't know his to deposit money and was asking people to help him. This place is busy 1 atm is not enough & 2 tellers at peak time midweek is bit enough either. Don't go here you'll leave mad. Not efficient, not clean, rug smells musky if it has rained and parking is horrifically small always full

Anthony Gomez2The people at the drive thru window are very friendly only 2 down sides 1. There is always just one person working there at anytime I go and 2. They can NEVER change my dollars into rolls of coins and always tell me to go inside

DANELIA M1No merece ninguna estrella porque todas las veces que he ido a depositar me he encotrado con la mala disposicion de la que me recibe el deposito. Muy grosera, y con un lenguaje poco profesional ("la pila de pesos"). Necesitan entrenamiento, sobre todo para tratar con los clientes. El banco es lento y pequeño y si además de eso hay que lidiar con personas que no tienen modales ni ganas de trabajar, me hace pensar que debería cerrar la cuenta de mi negocio y abrir en otro.

Antonella Montes1It is supposed that if I have the money in the bank it is so that it is safe, not so that the same bank ROBBES me. Tremendous bad experience, I tried to make a deposit to my account through this ATM (trick) and it swallowed it without further ado, this money never reached my account, nor did it give me a receipt. After a month of insisting with the bank, making two claims and calling the police, they finally credited me with a part of the money, it was $1,575, but in the end they only returned $1,423. They stole $152, my time, extra transportation money and a month without being able to use my money. I have found many reviews on different sites of people in the same situation with this bank. That apparently these ATMs are intentionally rigged, after that the count is done manually every 15 days by two people (said by the branch manager himself). You will imagine the rest.

yonny pacheco2The worst bank in the city of Miami ... the ATM most of its time is out of service and when it is useful the touch does not work haha There is no paper, an advertisement, nothing to confirm that it does not work.
