  My wife and I went with Dan and Churchill when buying our first house, which we still live I’ll note. I would never have thought about having a particularly strong opinion on a mortgage company or a broker. But both Dan and Churchill we’re absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend them enough.   Dan was super helpful and honest as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. We couldn’t use him the first year we purchased because he agreed that the initial lender’s deal was too good to pass up. A year later, we decided to refinance, and Dan was able to offer us great savings! I appreciate how he supported and guided us throughout our home purchase even when he wasn’t our initial lender. He built a relationship with us that stuck.

  Dan always answered any questions we had about our mortgage loan process. We had to have a complete underwriting for our loan and a lot of companies wouldn't even try to do that for us.
