      I will never go back to this branch again and considered switching banks after dealing with a snide young man who works there... he acted as though I was a complete inconvenience because I needed help with multiple transactions dealing with a large sum of money! I am normally so easy going but he upset me so bad that I even called back and complained to a manager. 👎customer service.

      Amy is absolutely amazing! Had some crazy fraudulent e-check go through- she took care of everything and made the process seem so seamless! This is the reason I have been with Regions for decades and will continue to be a customer!

      Very rude customer service! Closed my account without notice because they didn't get proof of residency. Told me that when she talked to me, she said she needed a copy of my ss card. I had never spoken to this woman before. She did leave me a voice mail and when I returned her call she was busy and never called me back. She kept saying that she asked for these documents when I opened my account, but I opened my account online and got my debit cards in Conway. The Conway branch is much friendlier. I would not recommend the Cabot branch for any reason. THEY DEFINITELY DO NOT HAVE THE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY THAT I HAVE SINCE RECEIVED AT ARVEST BANK!!

      Amy(President) is the absolute BEST!!! She’s very patient, kind, and honest. She helped me with issues on my account even got another open for me. She returned calls as well as checked my account after hours & did f/u calls the following morning. I would recommend this Regions Branch to anyone. Thanks Amy you rock, Sister!

      Closed on Saturdays and closes at 4 and 5 Monday-Friday. Hours aren’t convenient for people that work especially those of us that work out of town. Moved account from Iberia in Bryant but now looking for a more friendly working person bank with longer hours or at least open on Saturdays.

      I've banked with Regions for years although some staff members at Cabot branch are not as helpful, the Searcy branch is always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help their customers

      Blonde amazon looking lady(manager I am assuming) and her assistant manager are absolutely rude and treat customers and employees like they are dirt!!!!! They were yelling and jumping on an employee in the drive thru with customers in bank. Did not care everyone was watching. It was horrible. I did not see the employees name that was getting yelled at. Bless her heart I will pray for her. Will never Bank with this bank because of the manager and assistant.

      Horrible place to bank!!! Deposited a check and was not informed of their policies on when funds would be available. They had one clerk attending both lobby and drive thru. While the other employees talked in the back. Don't waste your time with this bank. Closing my account and sticking to my original bank.
