Chuck1I've been out of State now going on 3 years. Have had my card lost or compromised 4 times. Major pain trying to get it replaced. Had to start another account with another bank and split my funds and where they go to. $60 to over night a card to me, or wait 7-10 days to get another. 21st Century. Had to get a credit card through another bank. Been with Arvest now for 17 years. Time for a bank that can serve it's customers. Thank you Arvest for being able to turn my card off.

Mrs. Johnson5Been banking with Arvest for years & love this location! They are friendly & send us personalized thank you cards periodically in the mail. Usually never crowded & ATM is brand new.

Joseph Long1I went to Arvest in Cabot to cash a check from a friend. Without warning they shorted me $5 and said they couldn’t do anything about it because its in the system. If I had been warned first I would have just went to my bank AFCU.

Mark Willis1I will never have an account here. They charge $5 to cash one of their own checks if you don’t have an account here. I wouldn’t want anyone that I write a check to, to have to pay $5 to cash my check.

Al Williams5I have had an account since they opened in Cabot I haven’t really had any problems the girls and guys there are nice and always help me. I’ve had normal mishaps but that’s any bank I like they stay open later and are open on Saturday used to have regions and they suck...

andrew nemeth1You charge 5 dollars to someone who takes a check from one of your customers to cash it which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. As a business owner I will be sure to inform my customers we no longer accept arvest checks.

harry720231Hope your not in any hurry if you have a wealth management account to get the money out its literally easier to try to get a lone.Finally after 2 20 min phone calls going up in person to complain 4 times in person at the bank and over a week late I finally got the money I needed .Decided then and there to pull my funds out of there care .also a note on the side they said it would only take 2 days to do it and only after week and a day . It was finally there only they put it in the wrong account.Just fair warning to any potentially interested in this service . Um he who is the owner of the store here in cabot arkansas . The biggest problem was the management . Was supposed to talk to district manager that never happened , was supposed to get a call back from the wealth management manager that never happened ether, even my daughter saw how ridiculous they acted after asking why I wanted to close my savings account then acted like that's there every day business.
