Jose Gomez1Horrible bank! Absolutely horrible have had so many problems with this bank its ridicules! One minute I have 800$ in my account the next day 1200$ and then negative 200$ when I only had 120$ in there to start with! Are not reliable and are not responsible for what they mess up!

Paul Turner1They closed the regions Bank nearest to me the second one nearest to me does not have a drive-thru. What bank doesn't have a drive-thru. During covid who wants to walk into a bank to make a deposit. Branch manager Ediel Hernandez very nice. Unfortunate I'm going to have to find another bank.

Phong Lam1This branch office is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Lady by name of Katy Roman walks by doesn’t help us at all. Goes and hides behind tellers stands in corner of wall. Watches other tellers do their job instead of asking us what we needed. She asked security officer if it’s 5:00 yet?? Never felt so discriminated against. Only people that was getting helped were Spanish speaking customers. The officer on The other hand was very nice. Asked us several times what we needed. He should take Katie job She knows nothing bout customer service.

NiNi Diaz5When my father passed away unexpectedly, I took over his business. But because I lived out of state at the time, I didn't have a Florida bank account. Trying to cash checks was a real headache, even with a Florida driver's license! Regions was/is the only bank that has never given me any hassles! The entire staff has always been very pleasant to interact with. They are all very professional and friendly--even the security guards are very polite! Setting up personal and business accounts was a breeze! If you're considering opening an account with Regions, I highly recommend coming to this branch! Thanks guys, y'all are awesome!!!♡♡♡

gina devello1Deposited $300 into the atm. The atm stole my money with no receipt. Went in the next morning to handle the issue. The woman I dealt with said that I had to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back, which is an outrage. At least Bank of America credits your account immediately when their atm eats your money. Now I don't trust my bank or the people running it. Total bs that your bank can leave you high & dry when it is their fault. Closing my account as soon as these crooks give me my $ back.

Arline Hernandez5Since I have been with Regions the Branch Manager Eddie Hernandez has been of great help. I would give him a 100% compared to any other manager. I recommend this location where anything you need will be satisfied. Customer service is the best and has great knowledge on bank products.

Robin Wright1Avoid! While under construction there's only an atm, if you want to deal with a human you can make an appointment and wait outside in the heat and then deal with them through a window- while still in the blazing heat. My appointment was ignored, so I still had to use the window of hell, while miserable people sweated around me. NEVER this branch again.

Edgar Summitt2Has very poor customer service when you talk to somebody other than a teller. Even when you answer all the security questions on a compromised account you still can't do nothing with it. Never seen a bank that wouldn't lock an account when you told them that it was compromised and answered all the security questions.
