Katie Harrison1This review is specifically for this branch and not necessarily Regions as a whole. This branch is undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I had an emergency situation and in my attempt to speak to someone mid day on a Friday I was told I "might" get a call.back on Monday. This lady was so rude and nasty and dead serious. She had no interest in showing human decency and even hearing what I needed to see if maybe someone else could help. I called back several times in a desperate attempt to talk to someone else and she answered with her nastiness each time. If this is what this branch is about stay away! Will never attempt to deal with this location again.

Josh Edwards1This location is such an inconvenience. It seems like at least once a week the ATM is down. For someone who works 12-15 hours a day, the only time I can withdraw money is after hours but it seems that 2 out of 5 times I go there the ATM is down. I decided to sacrifice my lunch break to go up there and to no surprise the ATM is down again. If I use a different ATM I get charged by the ATM and regions bank. I’m considering swapping banks due to this constant issue.

Cody Brock1I'm not an angry customer, I just want to provide a practical review... EVERY time I visit the bank, there are 5-8 customers standing in line, with one teller working. Its been like this for over a year. There are 6 slots for staff members and as I mentioned ONE teller. So the wait is unacceptable. You will see other staff members and specialists roaming around- refusing to make eye contact with you. Save yourself some time and drive to another branch. The one teller working is typically great.

After several experiences Similar to some of the ones on these reviews, Including ultra long Waits, I finally asked somebody why do they have two people working in this Bank on a Saturday morning? She told me that regions were trying to get people to shift to online banking instead of coming into the bank. I told her they had succeeded! I'm Banking online now just not with regions any longer! Closed my accounts.

M d1If I could give this place no stars I would. They are very rude to anyone who isn’t white. I went in the first time to open account and after sitting there for over 30 minutes with no one even acknowledging me I left. So I decided to come back and they were still dry and rude except to the white man who was ahead of me. I’m closing my account because anytime I try and get help they are very dry and rude and looks at me like “why are you at our bank”. Then they put a hold on a check and the company is in the same town as the bank. I guess they think all black people are doing check fraud. I’m over it.

Stephen Smith1Was Waiting for an hour and 30min to until they open and right at 0830 they I was told to leave the lot because they don’t allow people waiting while setting up. Then when I came back at 0900 15 cars was ahead of me. I walked in and was greeted with I know you was waiting, then when I asked for a deposit she said you know you can go to the atm and deposit. Which I couldn’t because I forgot my pin. So I asked her can I get my pin I don’t know it the lady tried arguing with me about how the pin process works. Which I really wasn’t trying to hear at that point I just wanted to get it over with I was ready to go. Terrible customer service if that’s how they treat people I’ll gladly drive an hour away just to have better service.

Kristian Faria1The staff at the drive thru window has been very rude and cutting to me over the last few months. I'm a college student who's still learning how banking works and tried to ask the women at the window questions on several occasions. Each time, I was met with a crabby, belittling reply that sounded like a woman in the throws of PMS. Because of this, I plan on taking my banking business to Wells Fargo in the near future.

Terrie Wyatt4Very good service, except I wish they would open their lobby and just tell people to social distance. There's never a lot of people in the lobby anyways. But other than that, they are always friendly and treat all their customers equal.

Jason Turner1I just went up there in a hurry and I told the cashier at regions to take $250 out of my savings. Well I get home and my checking is overdrawn because she took it out of my checking before I had bills coming out of she is so crazy people does not care if it is not their money they are in a daze working there
