Becca Joyce1I've been with Regions since 2006. This branch has been terrible lately. The ATM seems to always have issues now. Which makes us have to go in or to the drive up for deposits. The last time I went in I had to wait 20+mins to be taken care of. I was very nice and did not complain. Today again.. atm issues. So I drive around the building a second time to a drive up to make my deposit. Then am told to go back around to lane 1 or 2, then gives a grin. What was wrong with the lane I was in? Dang, with the gas prices right now I was not driving around for the 3rd time and I just left.. went to the North Port branch where I've NEVER had an issue too date. I won't ever be coming back to this location and also will recommend to others that they will get better service elsewhere.

Melan Dbel921This branch is rude & disrespectful; my husband and I were waiting outside in the parking lot for the bank to open as we are in need of a business account. We had gotten off of work and we were about half an hour early so we decided to park and wait. we were rudely told to leave by employees with vulgar language stating we weren't aloud to be parked in the parking lot. Mind you, I've never even been to this specific branch before... One employee drives a red truck and is a slightly big woman with brown hair and too much make up and the other was tall and balding man. I will be closing my account and moving to a bank that appreciates my business! I truly hope no one else wastes their time with these ignorant miserable people!
