  Mrs. Emidy and her staff are very helpful and reliable folks. Every time that I go in, I am greeted with smiles and welcoming dispositions. Belleview is the only branch that I choose to go to because of Mrs. Emidy!

  Wont recommend this bank, specifically Belleview, FL branch. Closed my account and going to close my wife account too. Not honoring the appointment time and no proper communication. Wish they can do better.

  Like most Regions, this one is complete useless and unwilling to help the customer. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and seemed to genuinely want to help, but the lady (Samantha Emidy) was so rude and condescending. I could tell from the get go that she was completely unwilling to help and had a smug look on her face the entire time. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to help people!

  Worst branch ever. Worst bank in the world for business. No one will help you. Closed on Saturday. I have lost over $5,000. In business due to the incompetent people here. I am in the process with my attorney against this bank.

  The atm took my moms card 2X THAT IS NOT GOOD. THEN MY MOM PUT 100 $ I THE BANK SO SHE CAN PAY PHONE BILL SO SHE PUT THE MONEY IN BANK THE MONEY NEVER WENT IN HER ACCOUNT SHE HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS SO HER PHONE WAS CUT OFF. THEY WOULD NOT JUST CERDITED HER THE MONEY

  Regions Bank has got to be the worst thing imaginable they're open door hours are nowhere near suitable for anybody working during the day they shut down your savings accounts without telling you their ATMs don't work and they always have hidden fees I suggest you go to a different bank and never use regions
