      Edward Rosado was the worst ever very unprofessional. I was trying to get information on IRA was very vague. Edward Head a I don’t care attitude because I wasn’t spending a lot of money. I would not recommend investing your money with this Bank.

      I've been with regions for many years. I love this bank. So many good things I could say. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is nice and safe. The hours are good. The building is clean inside and outside. The bank is a joy to do business with. I highly recommend regions for all your banking needs.

      Highly disappointed. Finally closed all accounts here. After being a 20 year customer, I finally gave up giving second chances. Would you believe after two decades the bankers still did not know my face or my name even though I would go in at least once per month. Wait times became beyond reason. The only time I was ever treated well in the last decade would be when they were friendly trying to sell/push the bank's newest promotion. I feel for them...going downhill/declining in grace is never enjoyable.

      Place is horrible. Operation are ran horribly. Very inefficient customer service. They even got my name on my card wrong, three times. Terrible banking experience. I highly regret be with this bank and branch. Closing out soon and going back to my previous bank. I originally switched to regions because it's the bank my company uses and I heard good things. Hasn't been good for me. To each is own.

      In the Regent Bank of Apopka Fl employees have good customer service but the manager lacks customer service. Today my wife and my three children close all our accounts and move on to Chase. joel jose roman

      Regions Bank has got to have the most knowledgeable tellers. Even though the inside is closed, the tellers go out of their way to help!

      The teller windows are ALWAYS very slow and brief. It may honestly be faster to drive to the Wekiva Springs location.
