  My experience with Chris Perez ( Apopka location) has been a wonderful blessing! He was available right when I needed him. His energetic smile was very welcoming! He was kind and patient with me and my sisters and brought so much joy to our busy day! Thank you so much Chris! It was truly a pleasure doing business with you!!   This is absolutely a great Bank!! 5 stars go to Chris Perez he finds solutions to anything that you might need!! He is very professional and will do everything he can to help you so if you go to this Bank and you're having a situation go to him I'm sure he'll be happy to help you in any way that he can.   Fairwinds in Apopka, Fl is one of my favorite locations. I was able to do a walk-in and was set up with in 10 minutes. Chris Perez was very friendly and welcoming. He was able to set up a joint account quickly and he was very efficient! Very good job!

  One of the reasons I enjoy doing business with FWCU is because of employees like Mr.Ulrich of the Apopka Branch. I've been a member of this network for years. Under the leadership of Mr.Ulrich not only has customer service scaled up, but the level of traffic from new customers has increased. Obviously banking is a business, but it shouldn't feel creepy and disconnected from their consumer base At the Apopka location I know Eric cares about his customers and it's not all about the monetary transactions. He sees you as a person before profit. This is not the case with most profitable entities.

  Chris Perez is amazing at what he does. You can tell that he loves what he does! It is always amazing service when I go to the Apopka location.

  I have been with this bank since it was Navy Federal credit union. I like this location even though parking small. I’ve had all my loans through this location and had great service. The staff has never been short with me and answered all my questions and solved all my problems. I see some bad reviews here, but I’m guessing these people are probably generally rude and don’t have their information in order. I’ve seen people come in with negative attitude and then they are the ones that will write a bad review. I can attest this bank staff has been super friendly and knowledgeable.

  Horrible service when I needed them the most. I called today at around 12:30 in desperate need for a copy of two checks that I wrote back in 2018. The online portal did not have it because the checks were too old. I called Fairwinds, and the teller, who was very nice, told me that there was a $5 per charge fee for them to send me a copy of each check. Even though I found it amusing that they're charging me for a copy of a check that I wrote from their bank and paid them for the physical checks, I obliged because I desperately needed them. This was extremely urgent, which I told the banker, and she said since it was before 1 o clock, I would get them that day and advised she was not able to email them to me directly while on the phone. Around 4:00pm I called again and said I desperately need these checks. They said they would expedite the request. It is now after 5pm, and they did not send them. Horrid service all around.
