      From Birmingham to Auburn, this is hands down the SLOWEST branch of Regions Bank. You have to get better at your window times.

      After being with Wells Fargo over 10 years, regions has been the worst experience of my life! They offer services as if they are new however; I have had them since 2009. Customer service is terrible if ever you call it will be a 30 min wait at least. Once you speak with them it’s a run around number after number and still no solution. Skip the hassle and to your nearest Wells Fargo they actually care and will help you grown in the future.

      I called this Location while I was near to find out information about a notary... The computer system after multiple attempts was telling me that they were too busy to receive calls... when I showed up at the location it was still giving me the same system response however inside the employees in fact we're not busy.
