The ATM doesn't work, lobby is by appointment only, and the woman in the drive thru is no where to be found. Complete waste of time for any customer pulling in. This location shouls be closed immediately. Has to be worst Regions location in America. I have been a Regions customer for 30+ years.

Service at this Regions is always good and courteous. This is a high traffic Regions due to location. The ATM is never broken . It is however , out off money late Friday through Sunday. Due to high traffic. Regions up by Walgreens in Centerpoint and Regions in chalkville by dollar general have lots less traffic and are have sort to no lines. Also you can walk in and out do to low customer volume.

I called to question a withdrawal out of my checking account. The representative was rude and hung up on me. I called back asking to speak to the manager, she said he was at lunch and hung on me again. I called today and the a man answered. I asked him if he was the manager. He said he was. I asked him his name. His name is Aaron, I did not understand the last name. I explained to him about what happened yesterday and he said he was aware of it. He asked if he could help me and he did. I asked him the name of the representative that hung up on me twice. He stated her name is Annie. He said there is always two sides to a story. I asked him if he had heard the way she talked to me. He said no. He informed at that time that Annie gets along with everyone. He stated that our wires must have gotten crossed. He acted like he did not care about what happened. He was very laid back and his tone of voice was like he didn't care about what happened. I asked him what he was going to do about the situation. I don't think he ever said he was sorry about what happened. I explained to him that I had worked for 35 years for the Social Security administration and if someone called stating that I had hung up on them twice I would have been written up. I told him to call me with what he was going to do. He was not professional and neither was she. This interaction gives Regions a bad reputation.

The tellers are nice...WHEN YOU FINALLY GET ONE. Really, that should he enough said. I've been with the bank for years and the customer service is as bad as its ever been. Never more than one person at the drive through, no matter how many people are in line. There's no longer anything that sets Region's apart from any other bank. It's sad to watch businesses go downhill like this but unfortunately it's happening all too often these days.

      Response from the owner

We're sorry to hear that you experienced an extended wait time at your branch visit. Our team is happy to document this information. Please send over your phone number in an email to [email protected]. We'll make sure to reach out. -Ana

My suggestion for branch 9700 Parkway E 35215, establish hours, within the open hours, for the public to visit bankers and resolve their issues. If the public is aware customer service will not be available during lunch hours, then customers would not show up. Yesterday there were two people ahead of me and one came in after me. I sat there for 15 minutes and listened to the banker talk with a customer outside of her cubicle. It was clear the issue was resolved but they continued to talk about personal issues while the rest of us waited. When she was done, she grabbed her purse, stated a teller would help us, and headed out the door. There was one teller at the drive through and one at the front counter. The front counter literally had a line to the door. I'm not insensitive nor do I think she shouldn't have a lunch break but what business professional would leave that many people sitting and standing in the lobby and practically run to her car. So, I left and went to the other branch down the road. Quite honestly, I expect to have to wait when I visit a bank because it's the nature of the business. I just wouldn't expect this type of behavior at all. It felt like being at Walmart.

Worst Regions I've ever dealt with. Atm is randomly down all the time, drive thru takes atleast 15 minutes. idk what they're even doing in there to take that long. Every other bank takes less than 5 minutes to deposit a check.
