  They scratched my gold diamond ring claiming it was not real gold upon an acid test when I have had it tested by jewlery professionals who have said yes it is gold. Now my ring is damaged. Highly would not recommend. They do not even know how to test for gold. Good luck.

If we cannot verify that the piece of jewelry is real, we may choose to not purchase that item. However, I can assure you that any test we performed on your ring did not damage it in any way. Our testing methods are used by anyone in the jewelry industry and causes no damage to the piece of jewelry. We ensure our testing methods cause no more wear than what simply wearing a ring on your finger in day-to-day use would have.

  Loved this business and the customer service in the past. Change of manager @ this location, this new one doesn’t know how to appreciate valuable customers who have shopped here for years. Super disappointing experience.

  I purchased a Taurus g2c magazine I came into the store and stood by the weapon section I spoke and said How are you all doing the two that were in the front one lady on computer On the front counter and one curly head Gentlemen I heard the young man say how people complain about the prices,They finally said hello but still no help .Finally A young man came from the back and asked what I needed If he had to the finalize purchase.There were two magazines I came back 15 minutes later to buy the other one and a Taurus g2c pistol again no one asked to help I Stood in the weapon section patiently,They were having problems with a customer About a TV ,The young man with the curly hair said something about it was a mistake about dropping the tv therefore your employee is responsible , and his Attitude became and attitude that became somewhat out of control, I am still Waiting patiently 2 other guys came in And they were helped before me ,the young man Who helped me the first time ask the others with the help me with the magazine The young lady who was at the computer eating fries Acted As if the man asked her for a kidney Mabey I came in at the wrong time but I did not won’t to stay any longer , To the young black man who helped me the first time and trying to defuse the TV Debacle situation HATS OFFS you have good customer service ,To the owner or corporate you may Want to send spies to see how your Business is being run.
