  They have only 1 teller manning 2 drive through lanes and inside. Average wait time to do a simple 80$ withdrawal was 19 minutes. I would have used the atm, but I needed 1 20$ broken down into 5 and 1s. Would have been quicker to do a cash advance at another branch.

  So here's the facts about this bank after all the craziness of last year and the beginning of this year they have been short handed and the one's that are there are doing a wonderful job with the staff they have. It is wonderful that they have a gard there as well super nice. I have been banking with regions bank for 13 years and besides there wonderful services across the board I appreciate the fact they have a guard there I wish more banks did that 😎🇺🇸👌

  Don’t ever try to apply a credit card with them,if you don’t get approved,they take along time to give your money back,they didn’t even call me if I didn’t get approved for my credit card I had to go to the bank and ask,it’s just a waste of time with them
