      I just wanted to call the branch that was near my apartments to find out has the ATM been put back. I found out last week there is no longer than an ATM. The ATM is convenience versus walking inside a building to get cash. The number listed online will not allow you to talk with anyone especially not at this branch office.🤨

      Please do not bank with Georgia own ,As a teenager just don’t do it ! You get so many unfair charges stealing all your money they don’t have no system where they can authorize payments .They take your money & don’t look into it

      Their customer service is awful. They don’t even speak nor say thank you when you do a transaction. When you call on the phone they ask a million questions. If you have a pass code to your account that should allow you access to your account. I miss DOCO Credit Union and all the older employees who has retired.

      They are closed more than open but manages to charge an overdraft fee online. Can not make a deposit because they are always close. Website says open and NO customer service after 5PM Monday to Friday. Horrible way to conduct business.
