Regions Bank Reviews

Elizabeth Darling1Really bad customer service. They are very rude and act like they don't want to be there or want to help me when I'm asking simple questions about my account. A charge was not showing as pending so i had questions about that. I do not recommend this branch at all. It was humiliating to be talked down to when I'm a customer. They didn't even seem concerned that I had a problem with my debit card that the last three numbers on the back were difficult to see. They just made me feel like I'm the one doing something wrong. It was a real twisted mess. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this branch.

Shanna Stoker2I’ve been banking here over 10 years and probably about to change. I know they make plenty of money and can’t even put in another ATM!! Every Friday by 1-2 you can’t make a deposit in ATM because it is full…. The older lady at drive thru is horrible with her customer service. Get another ATM I’m sick of driving to East Ridge or the mall never have a problem depositing there no matter time or day😏😏 now I know why my husband went next door cause you can get an ATM or teller till 7
Response from the ownerHi, Shanna. We're sorry to hear of this situation and don't want to see you go. If you send us your phone number to [email protected], we'll call you. -Tyler

Frank Gunter1Cant wait to close my account Monday the atm is broke as usual trying to deposit my check so I circle the building to get in line for the drive thru only to get told we were already closed when you got in line at exactly 5 o'clock. Regions and their employees truly show how much they care about their customers. Time to find a new Bank.

Chelsea Cagle5I had an account here in 2012 but the customer service was horrible and they were hitting me with extra charges constantly. I closed the account and went to TVFCU. Because I travel so much with my business, I needed an account at a bank with locations across the county and my best friend had began banking here and loves it. I tried again and I've been here for about a year. I love it too. I had one transaction go through extremely slow and got an overdraft charge, but they refunded it because of the delayed deposit. I'm happy with them and will never go back to TVFCU.

Kristi Salisbury1I went in there to take money out of my account and Tina was my teller... She was very very rude! This isn't the first time she has been rude to me but it is the LAST!!! I went and switched banks today because of her and her poor customer service skills!!! It's shameful that after many years of banking them and liking their services, it took one bitty teller to be so rude and nasty that I changed banks... Fort O. Regions needs to get rid of her and retrain the rest of their crew in customer service skills before they lose more customers :(

Sig Kimber1BEWARE! Your money is in no way secure in this bank. Someone got my debit card info and used it for over $940 on something called mercadopago ebay. I've disputed this twice with them and they have done nothing about it. They say the transaction was verified with my credentials, and when I ask them what that means, they say that someone had my card information. I am closing this account tomorrow and recommend you do the same.

Lysa mathis1These people allowed someone to come in, pose as me and take me OFF MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT.. They said as long as someone came inside with good faith that they trusted they were who they claim to be. They sure will make you show ID to cash a check, but to take someone off their own account, not so much.. And I just spoke with the assistant manager and she wouldn't give me info what so ever.. Is this who you want to trust YOUR money with?. Someone could seriously walk up and take you off without any identification . It just happen to me.. smh.. Loop hole in the system..

Tesla Davis1this is the only regions around the chattanooga area that does this. after sitting in the line i was informed that i couldn’t get change in the drive through. how hard would it have been just to give me the change or to come to the front line to pick it up. ridiculous and a waste of time in my opinion.
Response from the ownerOh! We are so sorry you were treated as your time doesn’t matter. We would like to learn more of your experience and perhaps allow us to document it properly. It will surely help us improve as a bank. Feel free to send us an email [email protected] and include your contact information. We will be glad to reach out to you. - Hector
