I don’t see myself going anywhere else but regions bank. thank you , again!

Jerry Johnson5I was having some issues with my account and getting a new debit card i would like to thank Bre Crawford and Maria Foster and the banks manager i didn't catch her name they did a outstanding job above and beyond my expectations this was my first inside this bank ill be back most definitely thank you guys for all you do and if your ever inside this bank these two will take care of you expeditiously.

Mary Moses1Nasty Rudy customer service. They told me something could not be done. Well I was going to talk to s manager and a guy told the lady why the manager can't do anything. Well WTH I called customer service and they took care of it. I had problems here before with how they treated me. Give us another chance well guess what you blew it. I WILL NEVER come back or send anyone there. I will be treated with respect.The reps there need to go to school. A five year old better yet a 2 year old is nicer.

Being very hesitant on opening an account with a BANK verses a CREDIT UNION, which is usually my preference for a financial institution, I took a chance and entered your Frayser location. And after speaking with a rep I decided to give Regions bank a try! Elliot and David have superb customer service skills. THANKS

Mary Moses1Not happy at all. Went to the ATM on Friday. Put my Card in the atm it was a Regions reloadable card the machine kept my card plus my money. I went to the bank right after it happened most of the service I received was rude. The bank manager did talk to me. I called to day to speak with the lady who helped me. Well today she was extremely rude. I’m told could be 7 to 10 days maybe longer . I just don’t want to be out my money that I worked hard for. Why should I be penalized for their machine breaking down.

Gabrielle Tate1Who’s idea was it to open a bank at 9, I pulled up to the bank at 830 there was every bit of 25 people in line already waiting and how dare u open with 3 tellers on a fri it is now 9:30 and I am still in line with 10 people in front of me this here shows total inconsideration for your customers.
