  Regions posted a late on my credit card, on a card that has been paid off for years. They assessed a fee on the card and then never posted that there was a payment due online. I do all my banking online so if a company does not show you have a payment due it's almost impossible to keep things current. I received a call from their collection department 48 days after the payment was due! I couldn't believe it!! I went to the branch and they said that they were working on the website to show when payments were due but there was nothing they could do for me. Very dangerous to have an account that you can't tell when a payment is due. I believe this a predatory action and am going to file suit against the bank for these actions. Do not use this bank if you plan on having any kind of loan.

  I love this branch! Everyone there is super friendly, the only downside is trying to contact the branch without being there. All published phone numbers take you to an automated system it's impossible to talk to an actual person. Sometimes I have a quick question an automated system won't help with. Other than that though I love this branch!

  We are new to the area and Tamara at Regions was one of the first people we met, she immediately made us feel at home.After having a problem with fraud on our account we turned to Tamara for help and she helped us through the entire process of getting our money back and made us feel safe.

  I have been doing my banking here for several years and have always been happy with the service. They have proven to be knowledgeable when and efficient in every way.

  The customer service here not even 1 star. They are constantly making mistakes over and over. Just a year back they had great personal very professional - where did they all go??? I am not coming back here no more... very said great location, poor service.
