  Every time I come to this branch there are 10 plus people waiting in lobby. They all stay at the drive through window like the rest of the bank doesn't exist. No reason you should ever wait more than 3 min in line. Here you wait 20 or more.

  I have been a customer for many years and I have been very satisfied. If I have an issue, it has been dealt with very quickly. Everyone is very professional and they greet you with a smile. This is a nice business and I’m happy that they have many branches to serve my banking needs.

  This bank will scam you into overdrafts your account... I deposit $50 at 10am to cover a charge but they told me we don’t see a deposit then the next day my deposit was posted and they charge $35 overdraft fee but it’s say any deposit made after 8pm will be in your account the next day ... I made my deposit at 10am.

  took almost 45 min took cash one check. Yes I don't have regions bank account but it was a regions issued check. Should only need i.d.

  January 2 2020 Thursday i was on hold for 15 minute waiting to talk too some one about my account. This is not right..So now it 20 minute

  Slow employee holding personal conversation on phones ignoring customers I think this is so rude knowing business is about to close really pitiful service
