This location had no clue what customer service was all about. I went in with all intentions to purchase a television with money in my pocket but for some reason all three people behind the counter assumed that a sale didn't need to be made. So I walked out of the store and called back to tell them about my horrible experience. Basically, I was put off again as if I didn't matter. So, I encourage you to not patronize this establishment as there are better ones in the area.

a few days ago I went in trying to pawn my gold necklace I only need a $20 because my pay day was tomorrow while I was there they kept trying to get me to take more money than what I wanted and kept calling me baby. by the time I left I felt Dereon easy and disrespected about the transaction just took place when I get my necklace back I will never return.
