Brandi Dacquisto1Do not go here !! Workers are very rude !! One lady just straight hung up on me without knowing if I needed further assistance she said “mhmm bye” VERY RUDE . Also they closed my bank account with even giving me a notice !! I will definitely not be going back to regions anymore !!

Robert Allen1Absolutely horrible bank to use the workers there are extremely rude and unprofessional would never recommend to use them and if I could switch I would but can't because it's not my business but absolutely hate this bank lazy workers who are very unhelpful

Bob White1Worst hours and ATM won’t even take a deposit. Bank opens after everyone is at work and closes before you get off. As soon as I can move my direct payments I’m moving my business to a real bank not a drive through.

Law Farms1So the lobby is closed due to the virus. So why in the world would you not have more than 1 teller working the drive through. Friday morning and waiting in the drive through with one teller and 11 cars backed up. This is a constant issue with Regions everywhere!

Sean Gannon1These people are unprofessional, uncourteous, and incredibly unhelpful. They act as though you are inconveniencing them by trying to get some banking done. Fees for this, fees for that. They'd charge you a fee for driving by the bank if they could. Clearly the most laughable excuse for a "bank" that exists in this country. The guy who rated this five stars must work there or something, this place is a joke.

Josh Mcury1Absolutely zero customer service. A failure to manage personnel only two people in a branch trying to run a bank you can't even get seen have an appointment or anything without having a month out appointment.

Jennifer Gough1had to go to the ATM machine to make a deposit this morning February 19th the bank wasn't open yet my daughter was in surgery needed to get cash to pay for her surgery this morning anyways as I was at the ATM it would not give me my ATM card back and it also said that it could not give me a receipt so I was okay with that in a way about not getting receipt because normally you can use the 1-800 number and get your receipt anyways or get a receipt later so when I went to hit the transaction thing that said receipt yes or no it just completely goes blank and shuts out on me after I had two positive the $400 and thank God I didn't deposit more than what I was had gotten too well there's ladies in the inside looking out the windows and there was people behind me one gentleman got out and come around he looked at the machine and it was completely shut off my thing is I understand that they can't come out but when you see that there's two or three people outside there and you know there's a problem with ATM machine someone could at least walk out there and look at the ATM or say if hey let me help you but that is the worst bank I have ever been to in my life I do not recommend it to anyone and has stress me very bad I was late getting to my daughter surgery
