  Super unhappy with this place. They need training bad. Multiple inquiry hits for a single loan application due to their own confusion. Poor understanding of personal information security. Poor communication. I think we’ve only had good service from Amy. I think I’m just going to move onto a another bank that treats you right and knows what you need when you ask. I get different answers from different people here. Very unprofessional. I completely understand now how they’ve become the most security breached bank out there. I do not feel safe with my data in any way and I know they aren’t responsible enough if something nefarious does happen to know what to do. This loan process has been a cluster and more of an attack it feels.

  ALL IN CREDIT UNION is not for business owners. You will find that they are not capable of properly processing ACH deposits. If you are a transport company ACH is one of the most frequent ways to receive payments. COMDATA is another popular way to receive payments. ALL IN has several times messed up these payments to my account since starting my business. On three different occasions now they have frozen my debit cards while I am out on the road miles from home trying to make a living. This incompetence is very aggravating.

  I am Very irritated with Beverly she kept hang up the phone on when I need to pass along important information that was going on with my account. I had to call multiple just to get a Response from somebody. If Beverly did not want to answer the phone or call me back completely & wait for the phone the ring than she should have stayed at home. Thankful Cali was the only one who resolved my issue and help me keep her around & pay her extra money!

  The best people to work with as far as loans and banking. People are friendly and knowledgeable, and extremely eager to help you with all of your fiancial matters. The branch is clean and organized and has a clean restroom. Although they are not open weekends, the customer service is beyond extraordinary.

  Worst bank I have ever used. They charge me an overdraft when overdraft payments are turned off then when I try to deposit money into the account their site is down so I get charged another overdraft fee. Worst place ever don't bank here if you don't want to get ripped off.

  Army Aviation is by far the worst bank that i have had the displeasure of dealing with. Customer Service on the phone tells you that they can do certain things when in reality once you go into the bank, what customer service told you the bank could, the bank actually denies that everything customer service says. So not only are the employees at the bank liars, they also have no concern for their customers or the needs of them. Army Aviation will screw you and your finances over with out any consideration at all. DO NOT BANK WITH ARMY AVIATION...I REPEAT DO NOT BANK WITH ARMY AVIATION.

  I don't like the name change, it has no character now. They should have just called it generic bank. On the plus side the people are still just as friendly and helpful as ever.

  The new name is silly. "All In" is a gambling term. It doesn't convey fiduciary savvy when used by a financial institution entrusted with the stewardship of members' money.

  Army Aviation is by far the best bank ever!!!! Especially, the one on Rucker Boulevard! They are nicest ladies and gentlemen i have ever did service with.

  Good rates... free checking.. best MCard rates year round.. I wouldn't bank anywhere else. Had an account here since I was a teenager and I'm 54 now..
