Chad Chitty1It doesn’t matter if you get in line before 5 they will pull the curtain down in your face at 5. To make it even worse the ATM says unable to accept deposits at this time. Bet they wouldn’t have any problem charging an overdraft fee. Any other reputable business waits until the line is cleared. This was on a Friday when people get paid. This bank should stay open later on Fridays at least.

It’s Me Flacko2I'm a new regions account holder, I went in to deposit my check and I had to call after to find out I won't have access to my funds until 8am the next day. The teller that did the transaction failed to mention this and tried to put blame on me for not telling her I need my money today. Would not recommend.

C Sherer5I had a issue with my account and I went to 2 branches in the Huffman/Centerpoint area. My last stop was at the Centerpoint Branch, I spoke with the Brach Manager "Michelle Pippen". It was minutes before Mrs. Pippen was about to get off for the day. She assisted me with no rush to get to the issue. After trying to resolve this issue all day and being frustration, it was nice that finally someone wanted to help me resolve this issue. Thank you Mrs. Pippen. I really appreciated all of the help resolving this issue, that finally got resolved at the end of the day.

Sunny D1talked to james on the green line number very rude.disrespectful, and aggressive. Didnt help me at all. I'm really considering switching banks, Regions wont even help you protect your own money. If your considering regions you will be welcomed with fees, horrible long customer service, and unprotected money.
