  If I could rate this credit Union a zero, I would’ve. I’ve been dealing with trying to receive my money back from a stolen card since May 31. I’m constantly getting the run around and no one wants to help. I can’t seem to get any information about the dispute and the branch nor the customer service number are ANY help. Every time I call or go up to the branch, there is literally no resolution. If you have other options PLEASE EXAUST THEM BEFORE COMING TO HOPE. Also, the way their transaction pend, then disappear & reappear to take the money over a week later is just not something I’m used to in a bank. They need to work on their systems and their customer service.

  I’ve been with Hope credit Union for about 10 years in my experience with them has been great. My initial loan officer help me to set up or establish credit. She helped to develop my financial literacy.

  I have been trying for 2wks to get loan paper work done. The customer service with this institution is zero to none. They got more business than they can handle. Just as soon as I'm approved elsewhere I'm out.

  I don't even have an account here yet, but I will shortly. I went in just to inquire how to open an account at the LAST MINUTE. Im walking in at 4:15 and they close at 4:30. A lil tired and discombobulated. But Mr. Collins was so cool and laid back. He answered all my questions, explains in details. Not fazed by my phone ringing, me repeating myself multiple times. So, shouts out to Mr. Collins!!!! When I come back I'll be organized. So just on that experience says a lot.

  I am a member of an out of state credit union, but I use this location to conduct my transactions. The tellers are always prompt and professional. I appreciate being able to conduct my banking so close to my work. Thanks for the great service!
