  Bad service when it comes to making a payment, they ask for a picture ID when you are making a payment. I am not trying to buy alcohol!🤣

  Any company that charges a " convenience fee" to pay a loan you owe that company through that company's own app deserves way less than one star.

  Hello Daniel, We recently implemented a $5 convenience fee for making Loan Payments online. This fee covers the cost to process the payment online through the “Make a Payment” took. As a not-for-profit financial co-op, we try to keep our fees as low as possible. We offer other FREE Loan Payment options too: -As a Member, you can set up a transfer from your KTVAECU account to your loan payment. Log in to online banking to schedule your transfer. -You can also set up an automatic monthly transfer from another financial institution.   They are always super friendly. Extremely helpful when opening accounts, doing payday advances, or just cashing checks. Would recommend them all day, everyday!

  How about when I pull in and no one else is there, I get my deposit in the tube and send it, then two other people pull in and I'm ignored while the girl takes care of the others that pulled in AFTER me and gets me last. So I now have to wait until these people are taken care of, which is wasting my time. Idiot blonde teller around 11:45 on 5/14/2020.

  I can’t wait til my direct deposit hits so I can close this account. Every week it’s a new issue with this place. Mesina , a girl who works the front, has an awful attitude and is very rude. I’m not sure who taught her customer service, but if I were to treat customers like that at my job I’d be fired. 9:30 in the morning and I’m upset already. Good morning to me!

  Most of the time i love it here, but the drive thru service needs some work. Everytime i come, no one is at the window and i have to wait almost 10 minutes to be helped. The call buttons also apparently do not work. Other than that, they're great!

  I will be closing my account with Knoxville tva. My son is sitting here without his adha medicine an breathing treatment. I called an ask if they would release my small check. The only thing they said was I'm sorry we can't release em. This is a emergency. I've check wit the resources around my area they can't help til Monday. Now if it was SunTrust or Eastman or greater eastern. They would have done. So I have no sympathy for Knoxville tva an wouldn't recommend to anyone. After this experience. So my son life isn't that important. So I have to wait til my son has a breathing problem or he runs outta his adha medicine. Smh. I'll recommend other Banks than Knoxville since my son life isn't that important to em

  They have always taken time to help me and the one time someone across the country made a charge to my account they helped me resolve it in a reasonable time. No B.S. from them like other banks with all sorts of petty charges.
