Horrible management. Very small bank, the smallest in Kingsport to be exact. John Patterson is a horrible manager. Very poor leadership skills. And also he must have a very poor barber.

I go into the regions on stone drive in kingsport, tn once a month for the last 4 years or so. You cannot get out of there in less than 30 mins. Doesnt matter if there 1 person in line or 10. Slowest establishment I've ever set foot in. All I go to do is deposit a check and I have to wait that long every single time. Never seen more than 2 tellers working, 1 at the drive thru and 1 at lobby desk. You couldnt pay me to have an account here. I was told the only other one close to me they shut the lobby down 2 months ago and only the drive thru was open.
