KimGB5This is my favorite Regions Bank. When my wallet was stolen, representative Christopher H. did an awesome job getting me established with the bank since I relocated to Sarasota. The Bank Manager/Assistant Vice President Crystal H. did a wonderful job at helping me get my new bank card much quicker, while the new "expedited" card was taking too long in the mail. She made it possible for me to get a new card processed on the same day as my visit at Regions at Glengary. Although it's somewhat of a long drive for me, I've always gotten great customer service there!

Jessica Cruse5I almost switched banks due to the branch manager a few years ago. Then, as I walked in one day to close my account, I met William. Needless to say, I decided to keep my account and they have totally turned this branch around (for the better). I walk in and I am greeted by my name after William only met me once. His customer service and care for his clients are unmatched by any branch around town! I would recommend anyone to use Regions and this branch specifically. Great job guys!

Kemuel Quinones1Deborah Sanchez, i have dealt with many bank employees in my 30 years but i have never had such a bad experience like the one i had with Deborah. She has horrible costumer service, bad attitude, and shes not helpful at all. I would not do business with her if i were you and i would not recommend her to anyone

Heidi Cook5We have been using Regions bank for nearly 10 years and have been very pleased with the service - especially the Tuttle Avenue location. We left our last bank because they made several errors in a very short period of time. No problems with Regions. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Michael Mariano1Horrible bank. Huge fees, awful service. They made Bank of America look like the Ritz LOL!I've done a lot of banking in my life and this bank is the worst. I asked for no overdraft protection on my biz account, which I found out only holds for one month. They took $232 in overdraft fees in less than four hours on nickle and dime items!!! They recognized the problem and credited back my account 80$, and won't budge on the other $162 dollars. I have three accounts with them, and all of them have been in good standing for two years with solid balances. Their new policies are signs of fiscal instability and the focus on sticking it to the customer any way possible. Five other banks in the immediate area, so today off to hopefully find a more trustworthy institution.

Mirna Perez1I can’t believe what just happen....!! I just moved from NJ an opened an account with this bank just because my landlord has his account here. I was hesitated to open up the account here, but I did I had a great experience the first time and with the person who helped me Sandra Capps. Second time I arrived to do the transfer from my acc to my landlord acc. I ask a guy name David if he was busy since everyone else was helping someone and he was the only one sitting in front of his computer doing nothing, so I accomplished to him and asked if he could help me, since it was my first time doing this, to my surprise was he said he was busy and couldn’t help me the someone else was going to be with me shortly. I felt disgusted by his response... Reason why I will close my account.

Paul H4Never had a bad experience with this branch...ATM use, inside deposits, wire transfer, etc. To the negative reviewer, ANY bank is going to charge overdraft fees. It's your responsibility to know your balance. Blame yourself, not the bank.

Rolland B1I've been with the bank for 17yrs with no problems. Then all of a sudden they want to start charging me a monthly fee. I tried contacting the bank about it, but no one would contact me back. I'll be going else where. Plenty of free checking banks.
