Tony K5Huge thanks to Luis and everyone at Chase for supporting my remote property closing. Appreciate the notary and wire transfer. Above and beyond service. It is great to be with a nationwide, full service bank. Thank you

Artem Ishchenko5Not a good chase experience. Was told that I can see a banker and had to wait. Waited for 30 min and was told that I have to make an appointment. Why was I told to wait?

Jason Bryant1This is the worst, not only Chase branch, but worst bank I've ever been to. I've been trying to close my account for a week and receive my money from the account and they would not close my account or give me any of the money from my account. I already have beef with Chase in general but this branch did not help at all. THEN just to prove that it's literally only this branch that is horrible, I went to another Chase branch on Lockwood and S.R. 70 and with no issue at all they let me withdrawal all the money from my account. I have no idea why this branch does not even try to help...it makes no sense when the other branch helped me with no issue literally 10 mins later. This is why my account is closed and I will never use Chase again.

C W2While the tellers are fantastic, I have now been twice and was told there was not a single notary in the branch. The manager doesn't respond quickly to customers or even tellers when they need assistance. Visited my local credit union after leaving and every employee there was a notary - within two minutes I had all of my paperwork notarized. **Update** - was told changes are being made and all employees will become notaries. Hope that occurs.

Robert Trahin1Poor customer service, no one know what they're doing there. I actually had a worker tell me to on Chase.com and search for my question there.

Austin Morris1Worst bank I have ever dealt with. They brag about great customer service, but have none. They require an appointment but then will not answer phones to schedule it. If we ask for help they tell us “Do it Online” which is great customer service. However there was an issue with the wire online system so that was a dead end also. I guess when you get as large as Chase helping people is not really a priority. But at least they had their “We are Heros” sign out front

Greg McCammon1Avoid this branch totally. They don’t really want to assist you with your Business banking needs But they have no problem allowing your account to rack up fees. You will get better service calling an 800 number or better yet BB&T.

Gleivison Madeira1Open a account with chase bank about 12 days ago, deposit couple pay checks. I show up today at 5pm to deposit another pay check. My account was restricted, I called to somebody help me out to call the “back office” and they simple said the account was schedule to close and not give any information and why they restricted and schedule to close my account. Very bad experience really not recommended never.

Lester Morales1This was my first experience at Banco Chase and I assure you that this will be the last too. This is a recognized bank and it is one of the places that people should receive the best deal, the greatest trust and the best reception because it is the place where we literally keep every drop of sweat and sacrifice means our money. In a country with so much business competition, it is a pity that there are bankers like Guillermo, dealing daily with people who DO NOT DESERVE their arrogance, racism, so few explanations and such bad professionalism. I do not think I'm the only person who has suffered his bad treatment. people like GUILLERMO do not deserve the position that he is exercising, the bank that I use is Wells Fargo, try to open an account because my wife says that Chase is better, because of my experience I think she is wrong
