Regions Bank Reviews

JC3Too much bochinche aka chisme going on at this location. I was there to get a notary on work documents and I heard one of the clerical workers ask another lady in Spanish “what’s the girl want”- I’m not a girl- I’m a 37 yr old woman. Totally unprofessional. The awesome notary totally rectified the situation and made me feel better for even walking into this place. It was the closest to work so I had no choice but otherwise I would totally avoid this hot mess of a branch.

Darvin Garcia Mendez1Very bad customer service from Judy, I’ve been to this office twice and she has not been very helpful at all.. Whenever I get someone else I get all the help I need but every time she has to help me it’s almost like she doesn’t want to do her job. She did not want to help me at all, I only needed my bank statements separated and she was giving me the run around. Every time I come to this bank and get Judy I never get anything resolved. Whenever I go to another bank location I get everything done plus more.. Please fix this she does not represent the company well at all.
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear of this matter, Darvin. If you send your phone number to [email protected], our team would be happy to give you a call and learn more. -Tyler

Arnez H1If you want a bank with an accessible ATM, don’t bank here. You’ll pull up to deposit money, only to see an “OUT OF ORDER” note on the screen, so you can then drive to the Winthrop Regions for it ALSO to be OUT OF ORDER. Regions is by far one of if not THE worst in the area.

alejandra gomar1The people that work there are amazing! But the ATM really sucks !! It always takes my money and I have to report it to regions and it takes 4-5 days for me to get a refund! I rather go to the one on Bloomingdale the ATM is better.

Sydney Mari5This location has always been great with customer service on and off the phone. Waaay better than the valrico location. If you’re thinking about switching locations to here, I’d reccomend it.

Sandr Pere1Went there for a bank statement since my computer was down. Spoke to SUSAN who was not very nice or welcoming at all. SUSAN said she was going to charge me $5.00 a statement!!! I asked SUSAN why, she replied for her time. Went to a different branch, they printed out statements with no problem or question about fee's. I wonder if it's a double standard, depending on what you look like? If I could give zero stars I would.

J A1Horrible banking institution with horrible bankers at this location, I was speaking with one banker and a nosey one sitting behind her decided to chime in when her assistance wasn't requested that was issue #1 when it came to privacy I'll get names when I close my account Friday, they only offer a 1 time "courtesy" which is PATHETIC (by the way) as antidote to assist with customers if they have an OD no matter how long you have banked with them. They will do nothing to help you yet consistently have "legal" schemes and small print clauses to charge you ridiculous fees for human error although there should be things set up to instantly stop a payment after the first time, not repeated times to rack up more fees on their behalf (I get it, "business" right), however there is ALWAYS something that can be done the lack of empathy is atrocious...I know most banks are similar but I plan on taking my funds to a bank that actually seek to have integrity and empathy with their staff and the way they run things. I'll update on my selection so that you all can do the same. Invest in a company they actually cares about you no matter your tax bracket and not just pretends to care with fake sorry faces. Don't ever think you can't be in a similar situation, everything that goes up can come back down.
