Renee Watts1First time here showed up to the bank at 8:40am got in the bank at 9am went to the teller she told me I need to do a e signature which I had to wait on the side for 30mins to receive help I don’t recommend this branch at all I would be at the bank for 3 hrs

MD Akteruzzaman1I am continue with Regions 8 years But I am not seen before, I am visit 2 times a before last month for my deposit They are work that I am still more than half hour standing but not care... I think my time is west there I am sorry for that I never going to this branch again.... Last month I am going to this branch for my deposit again, 1 ladies bothering me for simple reason “ why I wrote this way ” But I am still 8 years follow the Same system even another bank also! I told her respectfully but I am not clear exactly that reason... This is a actually not complain for this branch who’s the working there, I am just going to sheer my experience because we’re believe people come for help, so.... Please ! care of the people kindly, respectively and honestly ... because time’s very expensive.

Always issues with the ATM at this location, and it's been like this forever even after letting them know, they keep repeating the same line "we are aware and it's going to be fixed" Lies! Lately! you can't even deposit money into the ATM? What kind of bank does not want money deposited in them? Incredible. The option to even deposit cash is not even on the ATM. With all due respect Region Bank. Here some good advise "ORGANIZE YOUR MANURE" And if you don't understand my English. Please let me know.

Jessica Villa1This is the worst location. Customer service is horrible. This location is always dirty and disgusting. Employees take forever to assist customers, the ATM never works, the drive thru only has one lane open ever. Never coming back here.

Conrado Agapito Crisostomo, RN, MN1Just learned today that I was being charged for check image fee from the time I opened my account. Called Regions customer service they told me they can’t help me and I would have to go to a branch and it should have been explained to me in the very beginning. I asked multiple questions about the account and never they told me about the check image fee. Plus most of their ATM are either not working and or have something wrong with them.

HCS Maintenance1If there was a 1/2 star that would have applied for sure! This branch has been a disaster since I became an account holder. Calls not returned! Go in the branch and expect follow up ! Never happens! But they are on their game when it comes to charging fees for driving by the branch!
