Trey Johnson1Worst regions ever. Horrible customer care, rude, disrespectful, and as of right now thrives!! Atm kept 300 dollar deposit and my card and they refuse to help at all! Will be closing account for sure. Now I'm stuck in Smethville without gas or any means of leaving this Horrible town!

Divine Providence1Absolutely horrid experience with these guys right from jump street. I've been waiting on my Debit Card for over a week, after I was told 1-3 business days, because of my work schedule, I can not withdraw my cash in person. Apparently regions is quite unconcerned about access to YOUR money whenever opening a new account. 0/10 would never recommend. Will be closing this account on Monday and taking my business to some place more professional and accurate in their estimations of service.

Rob Whipple1On August 10, 2018, I received a form letter from A. Flowers with Regions Bank: "We are unable to verify certain information" and requesting a copy of a Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, or current utility bill. I am currently living in a sober living home, so have none of these. Does this mean Regions no longer wants my business? Please explain why you would threaten to close my accounts if I don't provide documents I do not have. I think the answer is simple: Regions is trying to avoid paying me the $200 promo they promised me when I signed up--for shame REGIONS!

The worker named Kimberly had just arrived from her lunch break and took care of another client who had just walked in when we had been waiting there longer. Went to Wilson bank after waisting our time there. They helped us right away and quick.

Jeff Crips5Great place to bank! Employees are the best! Beware of reviews that say otherwise! I know both sides as former employee and now customer only again. I've been with them for 21 years as a customer. Enjoyed it so much that in 2007 I started working there. Just recently entered full time Christian service and stepped down as manager! I can vouch for this being the best bank in town!
