  Great customer service, friendly tellers and other personnel. I have been dealing with them for well over 10 years. They do close earlier than most banks, but their drive thru atm is easy to access. I especially like their no fees checking & savings accounts.

  I stop by every nearly every week to deposit checks through either a teller or an ATM. Out of two years of doing this, only once have I waited for an excess amount of time, and that was a customer's fault, not the fault of the tellers. One of the tellers knows my wife and I by name and is always courteous. This branch has never disappointed us.

  What a nightmare. I'm a very patient laid back person; it takes a lot to anger me, but Regions Thomas XRoads you've done it. Treated like a criminal from the moment I walked in the door. Was unable to withdraw my own money from my own accounts with proper ID and documentation. Felt like I was unwelcome and unwanted in this branch. I've been banking here for almost 15 years, I'm now stranded in Mexico for work with no access to my money. I'm closing my accounts as soon as I return. I advise against anyone doing business with Regions.

  Awful customer service. They deposited the wrong amount from my deposit and I had to go back from midtown to get it corrected. Once I got there I explained to the branch manager of the situation she was nice and I insisted on some paperwork regarding the correction. The teller that screwed up the deposit in the first place acted as though she was put out for correcting the mistake. I also heard her whisper that I was a jerk to the other teller. Needless to say, I will be switching banks.

  Slow, inefficient, constant bottleneck as only one person seems to be able to approve anything. I was supposed to be able to walk in and handle my business according to the phone call I received from them yesterday but someone didn't follow through

  I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Rude tellers, asinine banking processes, and a penchant for wasting your time make this a business you will surely want to avoid.
