  This Regions location does not provide deposit slips before coming up to the teller window. They also do not apparently accept coin CASH unless you (not them) roll your coins and even then the coins are not accepted unless the rolls are full. I am a server and get coins frequently and have been to several bank locations who have all accepted my coins as a CASH DEPOSIT! However this particular bank location made me roll my coins and even after I spent the time to roll my coins, they would not accept my rolls. I would highly highly highly recommend using a different branch location if you, like me need to deposit coins.

  Always very helpful with any of my banking needs. Friendly and ask if there is anything they can do for you. Would highly recommend this bank.

  Ive been banking here for about a year now and multiple mishaps on my checks, most recently i cashed a check and asked for some cash and the rest on my account and 224$ is just not even on a statement on my account and theyre not even open until tuesday

  Made an appointment only to sit there waiting over 30 minutes after the scheduled time and never being told what or why is delaying my scheduled appointment. Awful experience went and opened an account with sun trust across the street, who actually kept their appointment .

  I've had my checking account with regions since 2007 and my mortgage since 2010. They have always treated me well!

  They are always friendly, and usually there isn't a long wait.
