      The reasons I will not recommend this bank to anyone is because of money miss placement. I had tons of money in this bank. I put about $3400 in my saving but the problem was it never made it to my account they put it in another woman’s account and I had trouble getting it back and don’t get me started on the poor customer service Some employees are really nice and know what there doing and other not so much. Over all it’s not a good bank. If the big bank was still open I probably would still be there!

      I am new to this bank and I didn't choose it my job did. But so far regions has been good but can be better. The only thing I don't like about this bank is that their online banking does not work, it won't let me log in to check my account.

      Customer service at the branch is useless & so is customer service for online banking. I've been a customer for 20+ years but now am looking for a new bank.

      Worst bank ever. Do not do business with them. They are closing all of their branches. They are not helpful. Their app is not up to date. Their staff is rude and thinks it is appropriate to comment on life choices instead of helping you financially.
