Rebecca Tucker5We had a situation where a hotel we stayed at 5 months ago randomly took $400 out of our account. Monica was VERY helpful in getting this taken care of for us and even contacted us before they opened to check in with us and said we were first on her mind. I appreciate how helpful and caring she was.

Chris1They went to "universal banking" inside this location. It ties up everyone inside bc they do it all now. If you just need money go to ATM or drive through or you will be here all day. This location of Regions was bad but now it is worse.

Gerrie Lynn Jefferson1No local phone number. Have to stay on hold for 10 minutes on 800 number. Started dealing with this bank when it bought out a local bank. Since then service and personal assistsnce have went by eayside. I am changing banks and would not recommend this bank at all

Wanessa Scribner1Went to the Columbia TN main location,I had some security issues with my account...The man that assisted me was so rude I almost got up and walked out.... Worst customer service ever...They said the manager was on vacation but trust me when he returns he is going to here from me..When we left out my 17 year old daughter said "momma he was so rude"!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!Not to mention he was suppose to be one of the higher up guys at the bank based on his card....I can truly say I have never been treated like this at any business....This experience has left a awful taste in my mouth about Regions and I will NEVER return to this location ever again!!!!
