Regions Bank Reviews

Katy Faulk1The customer service at this bank is horrible! My husband and I went to get cash out for a vacation and I proceeded to tell Chris (teller) they can't have rips or writing on them because they won't accept it out for the country. And he proceeds to chuckle and say "good luck". Then hands me my money and makes my husband and I go through a bunch of cash in front of other customers and check for rips and writing. I mnow they can do this because the branch in Gallatin said they could do it but we were in the area of the Springfield branch. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS BRANCH!! Because of CHRIS!
Response from the ownerHi, Katy. We've made sure to have this matter sent to our Complaints team for further review. We apologize for the experience that you had. -Tyler

Enecia Vannoy1Me and my husband arrived at 11:15am to take care of some business that we are unable to take care of during the week due to our work schedule. The only Saturday my husband was able to get off and we was turned away. It was only one couple in front of us which left enough time to see us before 12pm. We will not do business at this location again and I will be calling your corporate office as well. Very unacceptable especially when we have money invested into this business.
Response from the ownerHey there, Enecia. We're sorry to hear that you all weren't serviced when you visited this location. We'd like to learn more. If you send us an email to [email protected], we'll call you. -Tyler

Jason Hendricks1Bening a Now Card holder means that you are not important at this location. The teller had no idea how to resolve, the manager spent more time showing a baby dress to another teller than helping Chris resolve my problem. She conviently walked away before Chris got to another issue in helping me. He was polite, but not familiar with navigating through the system. This is the first time ive had to go inside this location and this Manager is by far the worst. I will not utilize this location again. I was able to get issue resolved downtown Nashville. 4 hours later.

M Bratton1Sat for 20 mins waiting for the drive thru to open. Finally pulled up and realized they don't open till 9:00 all while you can see all the tellers sitting around eating, drinking and talking. Sounds like a waste on payroll, when it could open at 8:30 at least.

Steve Hoeffner5Jo Fridsy is great , and knowledgeable and a all around good person. That is the only reason I bank here.
Response from the ownerWe're glad to hear that you always have a great experience when visiting the branch, Steve. If our team can ever help out with anything, please feel free to email us at [email protected]. -Ana

Marilyn Barrett1Like most bank they are out to rob you too.. I have had money just "disappear", I have been charged overdraft fees on items that weren't in overdraft then actually causing overdraft ( and if you think I got my money back..no not at all..). There are no words to describe how frustrating banking with Regions is. If you are looking for a bank this one is not it!

Bob Crouch1Regions in Springfield needs to hire some help As they do not have enough tellers. If you go inside there is always a line and just 2 tellers. If this continues I will switch to another bank.

Alexandria Vincent1They closed my account because I apparently didn’t verify my address (no emails or anything to let me know) then sent all the money in both my checking and saving to the address that supposedly wasn’t verified.
Response from the ownerAlexandria, we would like to learn more of this occurrence and properly document it to avoid mishaps in the future. You are welcome to connect with us via email [email protected] and include your phone number in case we need to give you a call. – Hector

Brian N.3I wanna like any bank that's green. Nice enough people, as per usual. But having to have an account (in order to do business) that charges me $10 if I don't use my debit card ten times in a month is a bit too new-fangled and complicated for Watosh. The past twenty years has definitely seen the likes of BofA and Citi lead the banking industry down the wrong path. I hate that the little kids have to follow. I'll stick to FCUs and non-traditionals, for now. Adequate lot with two entrances. Well-maintained facility. Nice, if too busy an ATM that doesn't play as well with some other outfits and oddly stays live until you tell it otherwise when you're done.

Matt Faulkner1This bank has held my money hostage for nearly 2 weeks. Its cool though, I don't need it to survive or anything like that.
