  I had the pleasure of working with Tracy and let me just say, she is amazing! She really kept me engaged throughout the entire process and really took the time to explain the policy. Talking with her about my insurance needs was a very comfortable experience. Unlike most places that only care about whether you walk out with a policy, she really took the time to find a policy that works well with my lifestyle and budget. Highly recommend!

  I have been a customer for over 40 years. I’ve always had car insurance, home insurance, business insurance, and most recently a loan from the State Farm Bank. The one main stay is that I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else. Beth, Diana and the State Farm staff are the very best in Robertson County. I can call Diana up at any time if I have any question (as I did last week) and if she can’t help me immediately with an answer, she gets me the answer by end of day. She has even called me after hours to make sure I was taken care of. I do not feel like another number, I feel like they appreciate my business and I certainly appreciate them. Last week my automobile was hit in a parking lot and while my insurance was not needed, the insurance of the gentleman who hit me has not stepped up to the plate as quick as State Farm would have. When you walk into State Farm you are welcomed as part of the family and in today’s world that’s important.

  My experience with Beth Dorris State Farm has been awesome. When I bought my first home we assumed the loan of the previous owner and they had Beth Dorris State Farm insurance. I met with her and we have since bought and sold two houses and I've been with her for the past 26 years. Over the past 10 years or so I have dealt directly with Diane Collier at State Farm, and she has handled all my insurance needs accurately and professionally which includes house, auto, and life insurance. No matter what the situation, Beth, Diane and the team at State Farm have taken care of every need. I've thought at times about moving from one State Farm agency to another a little closer to home, but I don't want to give up that bond between us and the relationship we've put together. I would highly recommended Beth Dorris and her State Farm team to anyone.

  I have been a part of three different State Farm offices (we move a lot) and this one stands out with a full staff and genuinely helpful and friendly staff that are more than just competent at their job- They actually care about helping my family and that is incredibly important to me. Brittany, in particular has gone out of her way for us and remembers conversations about my family, which further enforces the fact that this is a family atmospheric place of business and I couldn't recommend them more.
