      The ATM at this branch will NEVER let me deposit into my account using my card. And heaven forbid you need to get a new card due to fraud, their machine hasn't worked since I became a customer. Looking for somewhere else to bank.

      I hate this branch! They are never willing to accommodate requests. I have 10 accounts with regions and plan to switch to chase! Went in to get something notarized…takes 30 seconds but was denied because I didn’t have an appointment. Sorry not everything happens that allows to make appointments. This branch never goes out of the way to acknowledge nor thanks me for my business. Super sub par! Go to a different bank or at least a different branch.

      My father deposited $258 in his account via the ATM machine, something happened with his deposit and he never got the receipt, but the atm did take his money. He went inside the branch and spoke with the manager and she said they would credit his account. Now after 1 month, they stated they couldn't find the deposit and deduct that money from my father's account, his is retired on a limited income. I have called the main number and this branch, they are just horrible and very unprofessional. We'll be filling a lawsuit as the atm did take his money. SHAME ON YOU ALL for doing this.

      I asked for PNC Bank in Google maps led me here. I don't know if it's a great Branch or not because I don't think with this company.

      I made an appointment due to the lobby being closed. Prior to my visit there was no information on how to access entry. I arrived and did not see any info on what to do. I left and then received a call about my appointment. I was told there was a number on the door (which was not very visible). Maybe post a bigger sign with the number. Very disappointed in how this is being handled.

      They put someone elses check through my account and took $1400. out of my account on a friday afternoon. I have no idea who the person is that the check is from other than it was a landscape company with the owners name written to himself with account numbers not even close to mine. How can a bank who checks every little piece of ID when you want to cash one of your own checks put anothers persons check on your personal checking and no- one to contact over the weekend except the No-Service help line from Alabama who says that it should be resolved in 3--4 days, or maybe I should put in more money to make sure my account is ok..... I have checks of my own coming to this account on monday morning that I wrote on friday afternoon..... This is incompetence at it's best.
