I was the only person in the lobby today around 11:45am . The 3 male bankers were standing in front of the only teller who was drinking out her pink cup. Aware that I was there but still interested in the male employees story about a time he yelled at a homeless man ( can't make this up). All 4 of them stood there until another customer entered the lobby and that's when Katelyn said "I'll be right with you" I almost lost my cool because no-one literally acknowledged me until another customer came in... not cool

Usually have no problem with the Fairhope Region's but today used the drive through and because I didn't say make funds available now I now have to wait. It should be available instantly unless told otherwise. Normally use the same person which that person wasn't working window today in drive-thru and this is the results! It would be one thing if I was asked but wasn't even asked if needed to be available now. Really thinking about switching banks!!!

      Response from the owner

We don't want to see you go, Jeffrey. We'd be glad to review the transaction. If you send your phone number to [email protected], we'll call you. -Tyler

Now I know why this bank has a number one rating. I had an appointment with Chasity and she took a walk in at the time she was to see me. I waited 35 min which no business person would. Then walked out. While driving down the road she called me. She acted like, let me.... she was shocked I left. Give me a break. Wells Fargo has more respect for their costomers than this!! Date made number 2. Made another apt. Waited 15 min and left. I am closing out my accounts from Regions. They have NO respect for your time. They not only need to fire Chasity but they need a NEW manager!!! I have been very busy and could not get down to the bank. So I gave my deposit to my roommate to deposit. The girl offered and write down my balance when he's not even on my check. That's a breach!! When I told the manager she said , well noone told me. I said I told both tellers that are normally there and showed them my receipt. I said. I am the customer. They are not telling you because the tellers at the window do not want to get into trouble. They lost Christopher. Someone needs to go in and CLEAN house. I was so upset that I felt my blood pressure up up.. See

Regions Bank is not for their customer/clients. My mother banked with them for thirty year's, she finally received a check from the Federal Government that was long over due. She was paying off Bill's, bought a car, withdrew some cash and purchased items she was in need of. They Froze her accounts and said she was pulling to much money out . After, a couple hours we had the hold removed because the checks had been verified and it never should have reached this point. This Memorial weekend mom went shopping for her sons Graduation and also her Granddaughters wedding only to find out she didn't have any mo ey in her accounts. The balances were 0 dollars. She was missing quite a bit of money and she was out of luck for money this entire weekend. We get there today they didn't even bother to call us or have a cashier's check ready they just closed her accounts because they didn't like the way she was spending her money. She's 73 years old she asked them " what do you think I'm part of the drug cartel or something because that's how you are treating me"? No, we don't it's just the way it is. Now, grant you there are a FEW people in that branch that are nice but there are others that are not so nice. If after thirty years this is how you treat a customer then her business will go somewhere she can be treated with respect. One lady in particular needs to go to etiquette school on how to treat elderly customers. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you are wise I'd try a different bank.

Trying to make a deposit with the convenience of the ATM… It is broken yet again! It is ridiculous that this is offered for customers and it’s never working!

I used to bank here. I got double billed on a fraudulent debit charge ($200 twice), so I disputed the charge. I showed the bank associate that the phone number associated with the debit was not even a working number. He said they would take care of it, but I would have to wait 30 days to get my money back. After 30 days I took off work and went in the office. A new associate who just transferred in told me I waited too long to deal with it, and because it was after 30 days I would lose all $400. The first associate that had all my info transferred to another bank and could not be contacted. This bank cost me $400 in fraudulent charges. I have had a fraud dispute about once per year since I switched to Wells Fargo (about 8 years ago) and I make one quick call and my money is back before they even start the investigation! Fraud is everywhere now! Don't pick a bank that will not defend your money! I'm not promoting any big bank (they all make their money from unfair fees, [$35 overdraft for $5 of gas, etc.]), just boycott this Regions Bank!

Extremely unhelpful employees. I went there for a car loan, they made it out as though it'd be easy. I asked if I'd need a decent proof of income, or a better credit score, they acted as though it'd be a breeze, and put in forums for pre-approval on a car loan. Get a call back, I've been denied, they can give me no help on what to do next, how to go about fixing the problem, they just tell me I've got too low a credit score, even though I specifically asked about that and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Waste of time, I'm never going to go to this Regions for anything like that ever again.

They by far are the rudest Regions in Baldwin County. I would drive 20 mins away to Robertsdale just cause the blonde lady at the drive thru was so mean and hateful. I really think management needs to come in and help these people.

Worst customer service experience ever. I have gone into the Fairhope branch twice in the last 4 weeks to deal with different problems. Neither of the two people that handled my situations even bothered to introduce themselves ....and one of them was the manager !
