      I come here every Saturday to cash my check. I'm always so very grateful when I get Lizzie as a teller! She's really friendly, provides great customer service and is so fast!!! She just has a super pleasant demeanor and I always enjoy her! Who doesn't love that!?!? So why not 5 stars? There's another teller who is the complete opposite and I always pray not to get here. She takes over 5 minutes to verify the check (I cash here every single Saturday from the same company), and don't ask for a certain type of bills 😒 she'll tell you she can't do large bills but it's a bank 😑 I think she intentionally doesn't wear a name tag so you can't complain about her. She's usually the elder Hispanic woman working drive thru. She treats account holders differently than non account holders and it is obvious, which is quite discouraging from opening an account because we're all customers here. Everytime I have to deal with her she leaves a sour taste in my mouth. If you want fast, accurate, friendly service seek out Lizzie or any of the other frontline tellers but avoid the elder drive thru lady.

      The worst bank!!!!to open an account the are amazing but when you closet it ...it is a nightmare and you have to wait more than a month. Think twice before open an a county there.

      One amazing lady. We first saw her cleaning around the front door. She deserves recognition for pride in her work place and a bonus for going above and beyond the job description. We were just passing thru the area and decided to do our banking here. So glad we did and will do so again.

      I’m done with this bank, their ATMs are down ALL THE TIME, I’d have better luck finding a working ATM for an online only checking account Regions, this is ridiculous.

      I'm skeptical about dealing with loans with any bank which is why I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service displayed by Michelle and her team. I will have closed two loans within a six month period and both times the process was very straightforward. Michelle always makes it a point to get in contact with me almost immediately whenever I have a question or concern. Very refreshing to deal with a staff who genuinely cares about providing excellent service to their clients. Keep up the great work Michelle and team!!

      I always have a great experience when I go to my bank wether I go inside or use drive thru & never have any issues regarding anything. Also employees are always very pleasant! 🤗

      I received excellent customer service on December 22, 2017 when I needed to wire funds to an out of state vendor for a Christmas gift. I arrived at the bank at 4:53, and we had to get the wire transfer processed by 4:59. We had to wait a few minutes to receive wire transfer instructions from the vendor. However, despite valiant efforts, the process was not completed until 5 p.m. We were too late by 60 seconds. One of the bankers there came up with the idea of calling Regions Bank in Alabama (where Regions is headquartered) to see if they could run the wire transfer manually from there since they were in central time. It worked ! Did I mention that the wire transfer was for a Christmas gift for my wife ? I was elated and so very thankful for the entire team at the branch. They get my highest recommendation.

      We were near a Regions Bank and decided to stop by since we needed to cash a check. Drive thru light showed OPEN but apparently it was closed. we waited a little as we are not account holders and did not know the business hours. As we were checking the hours on-line someone did come to the window after my husband waved them down, to tell us they were closed. When we told her the light showed OPEN, she just repeated they were closed and they closed at 12. Granted it was 12:15 when we drove up. There was no apology what so ever. Just that they were closed, no customer service skills really. Now we know your business hours, thank you. By the way we're happy with our bank.

      Best bank around. The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient. Whenever I have a question, the personal bankers are there to help me. Thank you to everyone at this Regions Branch.
