Kelly Clem-Rickon5Excellent service! I was turned away at 4:10pm at the Ruskin Branch where I was rudely told I had to make an appointment to get my fully approved Auto loan completed. The loan department instructed me to stop by any branch and show my registration to complete the loan. Upset, because it was the only time I had this week, I had to drive to the Riverview Branch. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Brittany and Ariana was professional and went the extra time making sure all of the documentation was correct on my loan. She treated me like I was her top priority even though I was her last customer of the day. I listened as the two men working as tellers went the extra mile to help every last minute member with exemplary care, including me. It was everything I have loved about Suncoast Credit Union for twenty years. It felt like an entirely different bank than my three previous experiences at the Ruskin Branch. Thank you Suncoast for hiring quality people who care about the members.

All my questions, and I ask A LOT of questions, are answered. Without hesitation or making me feel like I am asking a dumb question. This last time Brittany M helped me. Vincent Giardina2Once again an angry mob at the ATM IBM whatever they call it not working as well as the standard ATM with the sign that has been on it for at least a month. I Called customer service number so they could report it. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME OUT OF 5 that it did not work!

Francis Maldonado3Great Bank in general but ridiculously slow customer service with no sense of urgency. Waited 20 minutes so far to speak with a representative and still no service. No one to greet you. You sign your name into a machine and then just sit. Definitely not a good first impression.

Jackie Donahue1I have had a pretty good experience overall with the bank but do not purchase their gap insurance unless you are the type of person who owns their vehicle for a long time. A rep from suncoast convinced me to buy gap but never told me that it was non refundable. I don’t own my vehicles for very long and just sold my car and now will not be refunded the prorated amount back for gap. I would of never purchased if it had been explained to me, I work in the auto industry and have always only purchased refundable gap policies. —————————— So I’m decreasing my rating to 1 star since the review team commented on here asking for my contact info... they emailed me to let me know someone would be in contact. And guess what?!? No one reached back out. Great service. I’ll be canceling my account this week.

Christopher Salicrup5Aside from the wait time for services that require an actual banker (it's probably because I never go to the bank anymore), some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff around. I have been banking with Suncoast and this specific branch for a few years now, and I am very happy with all of my experiences. Refinanced several of my cars and many other opportunities to save me a TON of money!
