I had my account frozen. I couldn't spend any of my money. I called about it and was told the matter must be resolved in person. I went in person on Saturday, as I work during banking hours. I was told I could not be helped until Tuesday 6/21 as it was a holiday weekend. I went 6 days without access to MY money. It was a huge inconvenience. Why open on Saturdays if you can not accommodate your customers? I sat in that bank for hours asking to speak to management to accommodate my situation. Management doesn't work on Saturdays either. It made absolutely no sense for my account to be held up in the first place. I will surely tell everyone I know and all my podcast followers not to bank with Regions. The system they have in place is very poor and customer service is lacking as well.

WORST BANK IN TEXAS! EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE IS INCREDIBLY RUDE AND LAZY. STICK YOU WITH CHARGES YOU DONT DESERVE! UNDER-QUALIFIED STAFF I should have stuck with Amegy Bank. I have been using Regions Bank in Texas City for two years now. I am either going to ONLY go to the league city location or stop using regions all together. My automatic transactions will sit in my pending transactions for days and weeks at a time. They will charge me $144 over draft fees for being negative one dollar. They change the date on statements to get more money out of you. Every single time I have gone in or called in I am immediately matched with someone who sounds like they hate there job. I just wish they had better customer service because their system is horrible.

My grandmother is an 89 year old sweet lady with a severe case of dementia and bilateral neuropathy on her legs. She has not been able to drive or walk for many years. We were finally able to obtain power of attorney and take over her finances last week. Much to my surprise, I discovered several accounts that were automatically deducting from her account. I called each account and the useless accounts she was signed up for where all offered to her by Regions Bank in 2010 and 2011! Regions gets a kick back from all the accounts she is charged for monthly. I feel as if this is elderly abuse and my grandmother was taken advantage of. They signed her up for 4-5 accidental dismemberment polices, a discount at movies and for travel, ID security, and other useless discounts she will never use because she cannot walk and has dementia. She lives on fixed income, and this is why this infuriates me even more. If you add them all up the companies the bank "offered" to her have taken a total of $3,104 over a course of 8 years. DO NOT BANK with this facility. In my opinion they are crooks who have offered no remorse or financial reimbursement for their actions. If you have already have an account, I would seriously reconsider who you are trusting with you money.

REGIONS IS THE WORSE BANK TO BANK WITH. I RATHER YOU SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL BANK!!!!! THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES AND HAVE YOUR CHARGES PENDING FOR DAYS BEFORE THEY TAKE IT OUT AND WHEN YOU GO TO BUY SOMETHING, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW YOU ONLY GOT A COUPLE DOLLARS COMPARED TO THE HUNDREDS YOUR ACCOUNT SHOW YOU HAVE. THEY ARE FAKE AND NOT WORTH DEALING WITH.

Don’t bank here. I will be closing my account ASAP. Too many random “blocks” on my card. When I informed them how much it was a inconvenience she really didn’t care. I told her I will be closing my account she agreed. Lol. So that is what I will be doing. And they close at 4pm. What a bigger inconvenience!!!
