  Always there to help. I have always received excellent service! During the Pandemic I changed jobs/careers and had to have several items at different times notarized. They were always welcoming and friendly. This is just one of the ways they have helped our family.

  I was in line at 4:28, last minute (I know) due to my Uncles funeral that was at 3:00. Unfortunately, my uncle did not have life insurance so I needed to help my family and do a withdraw, larger than the ATM will allow. The lady at the window saw us in line, but closed the window in our faces!!!!! I have already been thinking about changing banks, but this lady made up my mind for me!!!! Worst service ever!!!! I hope your company makes some major changes because I’ve heard nothing but negative feedback for a while.

  The worst regions bank!!!! I love regions but this place needs new management and tellers!! The worst service I have ever had! You would expect at such a large bank service would be better I will stick to Regions in Dickson an Waverly TN!

  They closed my account without any notice. I will no longer use this bank again. They can go to hell . I would give them no stars If I could

  I have been unable to contact anyone in the bank locally unable to speak to anyone and it is very upsetting

  This location isn’t open on Saturday I work out of town and I get home usually Saturday morning and I cannot do what I gotta do because they are closed. I have to take a vacation day if I wanna get a loan or anything.
