  There was a complete lack of communication from our loan officer. She relied too much on her office staff and the "portal". There was a consistent sense of panic throughout the process. We were down to the last minute to get approval, although the loan officer had a full 30 days and already had most of our information from a previous purchase that did not go through. It was a complete disaster.

  William my lender, was great from the very start. I have not so perfect credit and he was the only one to actually look at my complete credit file, not just my score. He didn't write me off like multiple other lenders did. And thank goodness he did because I close on my house this weekend. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He was readily available my phone, email and text. Great experience!
