  I have done business with regions since 2008. I have always been satisfied but as of today, I'm very upset. I sent my mom to the bank for me with a deposit. She asked for the balance and lord the woman gave her my balance!!!!!!!!!! So be careful. I myself will be looking for another bank. Oh and the best part is all the branch manager could do was to say I'm SORRY 😐. Really?????

  The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Helded up deposit for over 14 days. Made us jump through loops just to transfer funds. Local office staff very unprofessional and tellers would rather socialize that service the long customer lines.

  Bad experience with a loan officer..but the bank is great for business..just that one loan officer that doesn't conduct business in a professional manner..so if you can avoid her..you will have a great experience.

  I wish they had a local number. 800 number keeps you on hold forever.
