Linda Coleman1I needed a notary for a will. It required two signatures. The woman helping me said she couldn’t do it because of the witnesses. I’ve used Regions for years. This woman was condescending and had an attitude. She could have called over two employees as witnesses. I wish I’d gotten her name. I’m so tempted to change banks. Great customer service Regions!

Matt Collins1Regions used to be a much better company. They still have some decent people but lost the majority of the great employees and were replaced with fake, "plastic" people. I've been using them for work and personal banking for YEARS and the newest manager (melissa) never remembers me and always has some cheesy upscale tactic when she's actually out of her office. Truly dislike her more than any other manager. More Importantly, not helpful at all when there are banking issues. I get it, it's not important to you melissa, but it matters to the account holder.

James Flaherty2I waited for a while for the drive up to open.....nothing. I checked the website for the location....it states that the drive up is open at 9am. I called the toll free number for assistance and was told that this location will be closed for 2 weeks. This information was know internally since Friday July 10. So WHY is the website not updated (3 days later)to reflect this fact? In this electronic age, there is NO excuse for not posting an immediate update on the website, especially during the Covid situation. As a rule, this location on E64 does not have the best customer service. .

Tim Boyle1I've been banking with Regions or Amsouth for over 20 yrs. The one time I need to talk to someone about someone making charges to the account without authorization I can't find a local number. The auto attendant on the 800 number has no option to speak to anyone until you are several layers down in their system. It should be easier to talk to a person.

Thomas Griffith1DO NOT GET REGIONS BANK I HAD SO MANY FRAUD ISSUES AND MANY MANY OTHER ISSUES ERICA MILLER IS SO RUDE AND LAUGHED AT ME! PLEASE DON'T. I HAD TO GER 3 NEW CARDS THREE DAYS IN A ROW AND CLOSE A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT AND OPEN A NEW ON CHRISTMAS EVE. AND ALSO HAD ISSUES AT THE BANK ON 41 AND BEE RIDGE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Sugar P1Is there ever more than 2 or 3 employees at this bank? 6 desks and 4 or 5 are empty every time I come in. The wait to speak to someone is ridiculously long. 40 minutes so far and I was 2nd in line.
