  Yesterday I was having a difficult time getting my things together and I was noticeably frantic to get an answer from my distraught mother on the phone. I asked for her to give me a moment as I went over to the atm, the lady did not tell me that the atm was not working and as I walked over back to my car it hit 5 on the dot and the lady was very rude. I didn't want to bother her with a story because I'm not that type of person but I was urgent to get the money for my cars transmission that just blew that day so I was able to get up to Daytona to see my grandfather in a hospice center there. So, thanks for risking my chances of not seeing him again by not informing me like a good employee and person.

  Front desk lady was very rude. Kept making fun of me for not using direct deposit. Very slow with processing checks and are no help when you need them. Would not recommend.
